-COPY OF MY DEED, To verify you have it filled out correctly

-SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE AGREEMENT, just in case you have to replace or FIRE a Trustee(you never know)

-ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST-So you can sell your Trust before OR after you own the house
